National Institute Of Open Schooling — Admissions still not confirmed, study material still not received

I had completed a payment of 10000 on 28 January 2022 for admission in 10th NIOS, yet it's showing documents verification in process, I am receiving no sort of help from the nios head office, a lady claimed herself to be from delhi hq of nios and helped me with the process. My entire family had passed out from nios but never ever faced such issues. Please resolve this fast
