I called 10 times today to the headquarters of Noida for knowing about the submission of the TMA, I don't the enrollment number with me so I asked the same from the agent
But every time I asked the question either they disconnect the call or they just say "kya jaankaari chahiye". The moment I ask something they disconnect the call. This is seriously pathetic service I have ever seen somewhere. NIOS is a brand in the market, atleast they should have the educated telecallers who can resolve the queries being asked. Please take this complaint on a serious note. If you don't believe me then please call on the number given below

Please do a test call on this number and see what kind of assistance you can get. I can bet no one can resolve your queries because the ladies who are taking the calls are least bothered for the concerns. Was this information helpful? |
