National Institute Of Open Schooling — cannot open principal verification

Since last 3 (Three) weeks we the staff of nogolpara u. P school is facing a problem with opening of principal verification code. We are 5 (Five) numbers of teachers are there in our school. All are registered in nios, deled and paid the amount as well. Due to this problem we are still pending in confirmation our enrollment nos. The following problem is shown in our principal verification code:-
Violation of primary key constraint 'pk_school_1'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo. School'.
