National Institute Of Open Schooling — combined marksheet (touch) of class x 2016

My roll no. Is[protected], name passang diki sherpa. I had set for class x exam in the month of oct.2016 through nios (National institute for open schooling). I even passed the exam of 3 subject from nios but till now i have not received my combined marksheet (Toc) of class x. I have send the request several times to nios but could not get the responce. I am studying in class xi right now but the registration for class xi has started and the school is asking the result of class x. I am supposed to get combined marksheet prepared by nios but has not yet received. It has been a year.. Please send me my toc at the earliest for registration. All the required document had already been sent.
