On 19th of oct, I made payment for examination fee. But the status was not changed so as per the information provided on-site I had waited for 48hrs but even though the status was showing incomplete. the transaction ref id of incomplete payment is [protected]. on 23rd of oct, I made another payment as the status was showing incomplete and my emails were going unanswered. The 2nd transaction ref no. is [protected] which is completed and showing in the status.
