Dear sir/madam,
I have made payment through net banking but status is showing payment is not made but the amount of 4510 was deducted from my account. I had waited but the status was payment not complete after that i again tried to make payment then payment was accepted.

My complaint is for refund of my douplicate payment transaction, i mean my frist transaction. I talk to bank customer care they advice me to call the merchant i. E nios as the payment was successfully done. So i would like to request, kindly refund my transaction, i show in nios complaint portal also lot of people is suffered the same problem, kindly do it need ful asap.
