National Institute Of Open Schooling — nios marksheet

Sir i didn't submit my original marksheet during admission process and because of that my toc are not added in the marksheet now they're saying i'll get the corrected marksheet by december and provisional certificate will be given with that only but i need to get admission. And without a proper marksheet or a provisional certificate i will not get the admission. What can i do now? Is there a faster way to get done with this? What can be done to resolve this problem?

We are total 14 students of nios noida.we passed vocational exam in april 2018.but we received only marksheet. Digree certificate did not reacived since one year time gone. Course name community health course out enrolment number attached here with
