National Institute Of Open Schooling — not changing of payment status of deled exam fee

Dear sir,
I paid exam fee of my friend from my mobile. Payment debited but status did not change from ' payment not made ' to payment completed even after 72 hrs. I made payment on 27th of february.
So, please guide us. What to do next. Last date for e exam fee submission is very near. I am giving the details.
