Sir

I made a payment online for nios dled 2nd year registration by using CBI debit card on 30/6/2018 but the payment status not changed and Rs 6071 was deducted from my A/C so i had wait for 24 hrs and the status was same. so I made another transaction through CBI net banking and it was successful.
Kindly request you, that the amount of Rs 6071 has to refund to my account.
