I have paid yesterday for 2nd term exam fees through your given gateway. Payment is deducted from my account but it is not reflecting in my enrolment staus

The ref details as below

Payment made on 02 july 2018 and shown that payment not made.
So, i tried again to complete payment and 2nd time payment successfully made but 1st transaction(made on 2nd july) is not reversed in bank account
