National Institute Of Open Schooling — payment not made 2 year fees

I have registered for 2 year NIOS exam payment is deducted but not showing status please last date of exam form is 7 July what to do please help nobody is answering clearly ... Payment has been deducted as they are saying server load is heavy after one hour it will show the the status payment made.but it has been two days status doesn't change.please resolved this problem as soon as possible.
