National Institute Of Open Schooling — refund on payment of double fees paid

Sri rangan baruah admitted your institute in class xii on 28/09/2017 and fees amount rs. 9, 780.00 was paid through my inter net banking. Due to some technical problem fees paid two times. (Bank statement as follows)

Transfer to 459 rs.9, 780.00

So refund my extra amount as i mention above.
