We have made 2nd year d. El. Ed registration in national institute of open schooling (Nios) on 20/06/2018, the amount 6010 has been deducted from my account, but status is still payment not made till today i. E 25/06/2018 we don't know what to do, please can you help me or refund my money to my account

Kendpukur high school, coordinator, BIPLAB SARKAR DEMANDED MONEY Rd 5000 for assignment, practical marks & accept Xerox copies of assignment & giving 90 above marks . Few students denied the pay money & got poor marks .
Plz sir, look into the matter soon as possible because this type of cases are happened .
