Sir i'm anuja kumari i applied for d. El. Ed course online i submitted my form on date 28-09-17 ref no. Is d[protected] n made my payment through sbi debit card on date 30-09-17 transaction no. [protected]. But sir till date it show my payment status payment not made even amount deducted from my account. I also didn't get any information regarding this matter to my mobile no or email. Please resolve this

After loging into the portal with a unique login Id, and after filling the details while submitting, the server is not accepting the date and shows the below error. Kindly provide resolution as the last date for submission is 30th Sep.

Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK_LogIn'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.LogIn'.
