Respected sir/ madam,

This is to bring to your kind notice that the cordinator of nios ai no.270024 (Vinay sir) phone no. [protected]. Dav public school sector-6 delhi is charging money illegaliy from students without any receipt in the name of deposting assignments. They have no proper time table to attend nios students. They have charged from me rs. 2000/-. I humbly request you to take proper action as earliest as possible so that other students can be prevented from such irregularity.

I did 12th from NIOS in 2003.

In my 10th my surname was added. But it 12th, it is not mentioned.

I have applied for Govt. Job upon which they raised a query that why there is no surname in 12th marksheet when it is there In the degree of Matric and Other higher studies and national id proofs .
Kindly help to get it resolved.
