I have recieved my Provisional Certificate for NiSM VA Exam held on 29 Nov, whereas the Certificate Status shows "On Hold".

Please help me to get this resolved.

Exam date : 29 Nov 2021

I wrote emails to [protected]@nism.ac.in, but all stood to be in vain. I'm scared, don't they have any TAT or responsibility to resolve the issue faced to professional candidates.
