National Institute Of Securities Markets [Nism] — Kept my certificate on hold on baseless merits

I have given examination of securities market examination by online mode from anywhere option and I got confirmation about passed the same. After two days I am receiving a mail from them my certificate has putted on hold by given reason o[censored]nfair practice. I am not understanding if you have strong system to identify the things by webcam before starting the examination and I have shown each and every detailing on 360 degree view. I do understand some of the time I have loudly read the question for my understanding to recall the answer. You chat box has asked me don't read the question loudly then I have stopped it and if you had any doubt you better to ask me to show my place once again with 360 degree webcam view. Why have you created the wrong perception after given the examination and putted my certificate on hold. I have lodge the complain by appealing and again I paid 590 rupees for the same. If you had any problem immediately stopped and checked as you have checked every time during the examination then why are you asking after examination on your perception.
