National Jobs — providing job

I have been paid more than rs 8.5 lacs to provide the job in different steps like registration, profile, updating, documenting, token and other different categories
If they want payment they use to telephone many times, after making payment, we use to telephone and tell the confirmation
If i telephoned to know the status they never used to lift the phone
I was told by the company they will provide the job in deutsche bank with the base of chennai as branch manager
I don't know whether it is right or wrong because bank people never had a talk or discussion with me
Pls do the needful to get the money back
