National Pension Scheme — Amount Debited But Not Reflecting

I attempted to make a contribution to my NPS account as usual. The payment was successfully debited from my bank account; however, the transaction page continued to load indefinitely. Eventually, the page displayed an error and refreshed automatically.

Since then, I have not received any confirmation or communication indicating whether the contribution was successful or if the amount has been credited to my NPS account.

I kindly request your assistance in verifying the status of this transaction and ensuring that the contribution is properly recorded. Please let me know if any additional details or documentation are required from my end.
