I attempted to make a contribution to my NPS account as usual. The payment was successfully debited from my bank account; however, the transaction page continued to load indefinitely. Eventually, the page displayed an error and refreshed automatically.

Hi,
After the registration of NPS and payment on March 19, 2023.
I tried to get the Annual statement and tried to generate IPIN as well.
But whenever I tried to enter my PRAN it shows that the number is not found in database or invalid.
Please sort this issues and do the needful

Failure of transaction but money debited

Cannot complete NPS Registration due to failed payment

I am not able to completee my registration since my last payment was failed It says "The response from the Payment Gateway for the payment attempt against this acknowledgement number is awaited. We request you to wait for the re-try of payment process for registration in NPS #

Pran pin NOT accessible
Hi.
I have created the nps account of tier - 1 type. And pran is also generated. But while setting ipin or while login, i am getting error as pran not found in database.
Could you please help me with this. As i'm not able to access, or even check the contribution made for this pran.

Registration pending for confirmation from payment gateway
Hello I am Vinayak Jhunjhunwala and my Acknowledgement id is 11385985. I have completed all the registration procedure on 20th Feb, 2021 but i am unable to complete the payment process as it is showing registration against this acknowledgement is pending for confirmation from payment gateway.

Error facing while making payment
My Acknowledgement Number is 11168536 and the Acknowledgement Date is 28/06/2020.
Every time I try to complete my pending registration, I get this message, "Registration against this Acknowledgement Id is pending for confirmation from payment Gateway. Please try again after some time." form yesterday.
Please look into this, Thanks.

Pran No 400000295123 ,E kyc not cleared for authority laziness

Pran No[protected], I had sent kyc physically verified by bank through speed post and also mailed them softcover but till now they have deny that matter.

He Called him a NPS Service Manager named asish meheta, but originally named rajendra, made a fraudulent transaction for Directly transfers money to his personal account.He made a story of clearing kyc and I have to paid 9999 amount through email scan QR CODE.I had trust firstly and make payments and then he told again scan QR CODE for verifying and a web page open and make kyc clear.Then again 9999 deducted from account.All this transaction occurs through upi QR scan send in mail.His scam was exposed, and i lost my amount of 19998/-his call no [protected] and this is the number registered in UPI, named Rajendra a fraud.And next day in his group another fraud Ph number is [protected] had call me next day, same question asked like clear for kyc and asked me for another account for transaction.

Dear sir,
My pran no. Is[protected] registered in the name of renu gandhi. Sir i want to inform you that i have deposted rs.51000 into my pran account. After 31st march 2016 i have received one sms from ndlspn that the value of investment in respect of my nps tier i account as of 31/03/2016 is rs.51293.70. Whereas my college has deposited 185000 into his pran account and he got rs.215000 balance as on 31/03/2016 in his tier i accounts.
How can the rate of interest is so different for both o[censored]s?
Kindly look into the matter and update my interest amount asap.
Your early action regarding the said matter is highly appreciated.
