National Scholarship Portal — Not received my money

N.S.P customer care number[protected]. My NSP ID is RJ[protected] . I applied for NSP Scholarship trough renewal 2019-20 and mentioned the miscellaneous amount and admission fees
as 3000 and 15500 RS respectively with total of 18500 RS .
But the amount credited in my account is only 3000 RS .
Please look into this matter as i urgently required the total amount .
