National Testing Agency — refund of excess fee paid for neet ug 2020 due to failed transaction

I have made one fee payment for neet (Ug) 2020 of biraj roy, application number[protected] through upi to vpa [protected]@sbi and the transaction ref id is cpx2398548 on[protected]. The transaction was not successful. I had to pay the fee again. For that my account got deducted twice with rs 1500 but the fee payment was successful for one time only. Still i have not got the refund of excess amount. I have contacted with national testing agency via their contact number[protected] and also mailed to mail id [protected]@nic.in regarding this. They have replied me that the amount will be refunded after 31.01.2020. But still there is no refund as almost two months have passed. Please do the needful to refund the amount.
