I was registering for the JEE Mains on 03/03/2022 and due to a server issue, the first payment of 325 wasn't successful therefore I did the same payment again and it also failed. But later on, the 1st transaction was cited successful but the amount deducted on the 2nd payment was never refunded. I placed a query for the same on NTA's website once on 06/03/2022 at 11:16:00 and another on 27/03/2022 at 00:28:00 since the first query was ignored for a month. Now, it's been almost 2 months and the amount hasn't been refunded yet or any insight has been shared regarding the same from NTA. I would like to receive a refund for my 2nd payment. I am attaching the details of the transaction and error faced that day.

    It seems that there is some dispute in my Son - Ved's session -3 NTA score. He has done the exam very well and was expecting percentile to be above 95+ whereas he just got 2.7 (Two point Seven), which is unbelievable. There is a technical glitch in the system, the result/score was showing differently; earlier it was 94.7 and now it is showing 2.7.
    We are very disappointed due to this issue, we tried contacting National Testing Agency (NTA) support number but could not reach ; not sure, who to contact to resolve this issue.

    I would request you to please look into this and resolve it at the earliest.

      Transaction failed but money debited

      I have paid JEE main fee on 28th March transfer failed but money debited waiting from 5 no response of email no response of query and no refunds. Tried again on 1st April and transfer failed again but money debited. I have lost 2600₹ and the application window of JEE main is closing in 2 days I do not have money in my bank account please try to refund my money as soon as possible please do not ruin my future....

      refund of excess fee paid for neet ug 2020 due to failed transaction

      I have made one fee payment for neet (Ug) 2020 of biraj roy, application number[protected] through upi to vpa [protected]@sbi and the transaction ref id is cpx2398548 on[protected]. The transaction was not successful. I had to pay the fee again. For that my account got deducted twice with rs 1500 but the fee payment was successful for one time only. Still i have not got the refund of excess amount. I have contacted with national testing agency...

      With reference to application no[protected] dated -28 nov 2018, while payment through net banking (Ref no - [protected]) money got deducted from account but confirmation page did not generate even waiting for long time. Hence i had done payment through card (Ref no - [protected]) again which was successful.

      When i did not get refund in 7 days i complained to hdfc for the concern and they confirmed that money is successfully processed to receiver account.

      Please do the needful asap and refund the amount as soon as possible. I have mailed twice ([protected]@nic.in, [protected]@gmail.com) about my concern but no action is taken on the same.

        I have registered for neet (Ug) entrance exam 2019 on november 26 2018. During the payment of fees, there was some error than i pay second time fee and then after i have check my account then twice payment deduct in my account. The cash was debited from my account but the site showed as not received. I had to pay 1400 rs twice using sbi net banking to get my registration done. My appliction number is[protected]. Kindly return the extra fees money.
        In this entrance weary short time remaining for appearing their for i pay second time fee so kindly return the extra fees in my account.
        This is regarding the issue faced while showing result of the candidate Ms.Shivani Dnyanoba Chate with roll no.[protected] and birth date - 31/12/2000.
        Site is showing as invalid birth date or roll no. Although details provided are accurate. As her brother I request the agency to kindly look into matter and resolve this issue as soon as possible
