We availed home loan for construction in the year[protected]. We have taken rs 18, 00, 000/-. We have done repayment for 4 years. But still today the principal outstanding is 17, 80, 000/-. They have taken processing and insurance for almost 50000/-.
Further, the present market rate of interest for home loan is 9% but they are charging us for 18% today also. I want them to answer why they are charging 18% for housing loan as like private finance.
I will take this up to max level, if this is not reduced and matched to present home loan rates.
Please take necessary actions to reduce home loan rates as per rbi guidelines. Don't force us to escalate further to higher meets. Was this information helpful? |
