Hi .. I have taken loan on last few months extractly 4 month ...
That mean 2 month COVID lock down. ..
And two months normal .. due is pending ...
Your team worker as informed me I said I can close it as soon as possible ...
Because of business was dull am a car driver ...
They sold me in bad words ...
In much time ...
So after that I'm not picking the call ..
My family member in home they answer all and said we sale the car and give you the amount ... They given one week time ...it's not enough to get sale ... Yesterday the car was saled and the buyer given as check .. I said I recieved cheque I need two days to clear wait and collect. ...but the collection team sold me and they written on my house this is way to collect the amount ...
I'm going to die and I write a letter to police and media and cm office and collecter regards of this ... And I will do

We availed home loan for construction in the year[protected]. We have taken rs 18, 00, 000/-. We have done repayment for 4 years. But still today the principal outstanding is 17, 80, 000/-. They have taken processing and insurance for almost 50000/-.
Further, the present market rate of interest for home loan is 9% but they are charging us for 18% today also. I want them to answer why they are charging 18% for housing loan as like private finance.
I will take this up to max level, if this is not reduced and matched to present home loan rates.
Please take necessary actions to reduce home loan rates as per rbi guidelines. Don't force us to escalate further to higher meets.

ABUSING

TO THE SENIOR OFFICIALS OF CREDIT CARD BUREAU
This has reference to the credit card held by one of our employee in the name of S.JAYANTHI, we receive calls from several agents for claiming credit card payments of her, this is to inform you people that she is no more working with us when this was explained clearly by me to the executives they continuously call us and disturb us during office hours by abusing all my employees and harassing them in filthy language, if this continues serious action will be taken on Bank legally by tracing all calls received from the other end. We were no way connected to this transactions or collections held by the Bank.

First of all, you guys should not even open your mouth stating that others are abusing and harassing.
If you are an employee of NATRUST, definitely you and your employees will be the same kind. Your institute is looting, cheating money from public and harassing in the name of housing loan, no doubt about the employees of it. Your institute cheats public, you guys cheat banks...Soon a good day will come wherein you guys will be caught legally and close your institution. I pray God, it should happen so as to save the public from a smart Robber named NATRUST.
