Nationalised Banks — Allotment of statutory branch audit

Address:Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 400023
Website:www.rbi.org.in

Sir,
My name in bank audit panel is since it was allowed to proprietary firms . During last 2 years my firm was in cooling period. Till 2007, appointment were made by RBI directly.
it is a matter of regret, that I have not received any branch audit during the year despite of my seniority of 37 years in practice and past experience of 7 years of bank branch audit..
I came to know from reliable sources that banks are allowing it on influence, setting- getting, nepotism or some consideration(I.e allotment tax of brokers with collusion of concerned bank officials, etc).
I want to know Is there any criteria set by institute & rbi for transparency in equitable allotment audit without nepotism, setting- getting and corruption? If yes please communicate and if not there why?.
In age of availability high technology and digital working, how and why individual nationalised banks are given blind discretion of allotting statutory branch audits from list sent by RBI ?. Why eligible members are not communicated reasons for their non selection?

My details for bank audit is mentioned below.:-
