[Resolved]  Natraj Enterprises — NE 77636 - No cylinder delivery inspire of SMS confirmation received dated 26th October 2014 , none of the telephone lines are answered by the staff

None of the telephone lines of the gas distribution agency "Nataraj Enterprises " works. Why should customers always waste time in mediating between delivery boy and gas agency. Inspite of getting a sms confirmation we don't get delivery of cylinder, upon enquiry the delivery boy wants a phone confirmation from the gas agency but the gas agency keeps all their phone lines busy 24/7. Then how do we manage to get the cylinder on time. My customers number is NE77636 have applied for name change on 27/9/2013 till today(27/10-2014) the name change isn't done. Kindly let us know the next escalation matrix to complaint against these lax and lethargic people at Nataraj Enterprises and their delivery boys. Please empathise the hardships and mental trauma which people pass through because of the inefficient service of these concerned people.
