[Resolved]  Natraj Enterprises — Non-supply of Refill

We wish to inform you that our distributor is M/s Nataraj Enterprises, Yelhanka, Bangalore and our consumer No. is 40176. We had booked a refill on 13th of Oct. '13, ref no. 886451, and as of today the same has not been delivered, although cash memo [protected] has been generated on 26th Oct. '13. As the power cuts are increasing in this area day by day, we are forced to depend more on Indane Gas for cooking etc. Your time limit to book a refill of 26days from the date of delivery is too long, as after booking it takes more than 20days to deliver a refill. We would kindly request you to review this period and cut it down to 10days from 26days and ensure that the refill is supplied within a week of booking. Besides, this area has developed with various new layouts being formed and as such the population is this area has increased two to three folds. As such supply of Indane Gas to the consumers has increased. The result is that M/s Nataraj Enterprises, might not be in a position to meet this increase in demand. It might be worthwhile if your esteemed organization could look into the possibility of appointing another distributor who could cater to M.S. Palya and nearby areas. Hope your eteemed organization will seriously consider the above suggestions, and take immediate action in this regard. Thanking you, and looking forward to your favourable reply at the earliest.
