Nattashi — asked card details for fraud

It is totally fraud company I don't know why gov has allowed such fraud without hesitation they r asking card details although they have mentioned on web site that bank account details is enough. They r totally fraud necessary action should be taken so that customer trust on online shopping should be retained.please help me in this as this case is not about 1500money but about taking action against person who r fraud and should be inside jail.
