I have odered₹ 1100 jeans and shirt but i didi not received one saree and one piece of white cloth i have placed return complain many times but i did not receive my money back when I call them they asked me for account no. Cvv expire date they even asked for otp I am not fool but i gave them such information to know what they want to do i did not gave them otp and after that i received a msg o[censored] have cancelled an online shopping of 999...

I ordered ethnic wear, but i received third rate saree. Its not fair. They did not pay back amount too. Nattashi is cheating very well in online busyness. I want my money back. This is one of the wrost online selling company. I go into put a case on this cheating company. They doing like robbery from public. What the hell is going on in this company i do not know.

i filled there return request form but i didnt get any update from them. I called on the number - that person was asking me my card details. I said no you please transfer on my paytm account, I will not give my card details.
Then person started asking me my paytm account password by saying there is some problem so u please share you password....

They didn't sent any confirmation message or email for the status of delivery of product and suddenly product was delivered.. There is nothing on the packet except a fake information about return. And the return address mentioned there is 75 ayodhya nagri, gujarat, india. They have befooled us. Really a fraud company. They should be punished....

Please do not ever buy any product from this site. I had ordered a kurta of 499 and got a cheap pink color un-stitched cloth instead.
Hence, i filled a refund request on the site and got a message "will contact to you shortly" which never happened.

Verdict : you wont get the product you order and no refund/replacement will be given.
Please avoid ordering from nittashi....

I order a women western top of ₹499 from nattashi on september 29, 2018. On october 5, 2018, they delivered peice of cheap cloth.
They cheated for ₹500. I have submitted a return and refund form but i didn’t get any response back.
They dont even have any customer service number. The address is of gujarat, dont know even that is real or not.
The website is fraud and they have cheated alot people for big money....

I ordered 2 shirts worth of rs. 998/- but have received two third grade stinky old and rugged sarees. I have filled up the return and refund form and submitted but have not been contacted from the site. Its been many days and yet no return for the order has been initiated, and no one knows whether there will be a refund initiated or not.

It is totally fraud company I don't know why gov has allowed such fraud without hesitation they r asking card details although they have mentioned on web site that bank account details is enough. They r totally fraud necessary action should be taken so that customer trust on online shopping should be retained.please help me in this as this case is not about 1500money but about taking action against person who r fraud and should be inside...

Please take strict action against Nattashi as they are a fraud...they are sending wrong products to all the people who have ordered products from them ...I had ordered a Kurthi of rs.499 but instead got a net poor quality orange cloth piece...My order no. is N59858...
