Nattashi — gave a wrong product and not initiating refund

I ordered for jeans and 2shirts but they sent me all three saree's only i mailed them but they are not responding. And even their site is not providing much information make them to return my money please help us to get refund
I asked the courier to take back and give me my money but he is saying its not his responsibility to take pack he told to file a return and next day we will come to take it back please help us sue them otherwise they will cheat more people
