I had order a product( Kurthi) order No.N60544 for Rs.499/- on 28/09/2018. Today I received that product but it was entirely different from my order. I received a old used one duppatta in the place of kurthi which i was booked.I have submitted the form for return and refund policy and kindly refund the amount as early as possible. From the photos attached it can be seen that within the packet ( pasted bill with name as Parvathy order No.N60544), company attached other packet which was cancelled by someone ( pasted bill with name as Aishwarya Tomar Order id . 57096). This is a case of 100% cheating. So I request to refund my amount as early as possible.
