But no response received.
Order no - n60035
Ordered 2 western wear shirts & 2 ethnic wear kurtis.
Received wrong product of low quality sarees (4 of them)
I paid rs.1996 in cash.
Please help me to get the refund.
And also see that their site get closed otherwise so many people are still buying from their site.
When i called them, they also asked for my card details which is illegal.
Please look into the matter and arrange for refund.

I got a small price of torn cloth against saree.my order no is 62575.then I have called customer care no [protected] for my refund.he told me that give me your ATM card details for refund.i denied to give him details.atlast he denied to refund money.help me for refund...

I ordered a kurti price 499₹ on 2nd October 2018 but today I got from their courier boy only a black dupatta..Uts a serious crime which this nattashi.in is doing.Plz take strict actions against them and refund my money.I have sent an email too at their mai [protected]@outlook.com .which must be a fake mail Id

It is totally fraud company I don't know why gov has allowed such fraud without hesitation they r asking card details although they have mentioned on web site that bank account details is enough. They r totally fraud necessary action should be taken so that customer trust on online shopping should be retained.
