Nattashi.in — wrong item delivered and no action from site

I'd placed an order (Order no.62299) for a western dress and my order automatically went to cod.
I was not even able to cancel it, or contact their customer care number.
I was given an old, cheap quality saree in place of the dress i ordered.. I've been trying to write to them for days now but i never receive any response.

I even tried the customer care number given but no one picks it up.

I want my issue to be resolved and this site to be closed since i came to know a lot of people have been duped by it.
