Nattashi — wrong products being delivered

I have received items of 2 poor quality sarees today for the order of western dresses ordered on 31st july from the online shopping site nattashi fashion store, surat, gujarat. I mailed this site to the given mail id [protected]@gmail.com n yet there wasn't any response. I also messaged through facebook n i received a message stating the will respond as soon as possible. But not even a message till now. If they couldnot have proper policies n all, why should they maintain a site that doesn't work properly. I think it's a fraud site.
