Last week i and my familly of four purchased your ice cream from hiranandani, powai outlet. There was other few customer in line. I feel some less quantity in cup and i asked to the counter boy about the measurement. I was surprised and shocked to know that their or yours deleivery equipment were not approved by legal metrology department of maharashtra government.
The dispenser which put iccream from big utensils in cup has no seal about the authencity of proper weight and size. When i asked the counter boy about this discrepency he admit that they have no autherntic or appoved or recognized measures.
I want to inform to you that kindly inspect, study and told me the facts otherwise i would complain to government agencies and courts.
