Naturaltein — Quantity of creatine inside box is incorrect

I had purchased 2 creatine jars from Naturaltein's website. When I opened the sealed packed jar, I noticed that the jar was filled only upto 40% of its capacity. The jar had enough space to accommodate contents of one more Jar + more.
Hence I emailed my concern to the Naturaltein team (Email attached), however did not get favorable response.
The jar mentions that the content is 150 grams. There is a serving scoop provided with the jar and serving size mentioned on the label is 3 grams and 50 servings. When you remove the entire contents from the Jar you only get 39 servings and not 50.
The brand seems to be cheating its customers by providing less quantity + packing too less material in a large jar giving the impression that the product inside is big.
Please help in stopping such unethical practice.
