Naukari.com — refund my money

I got a call from naukri.com and they told me that there was a opening in dabur company and he has asked me to pay the amount 10000 initially and after that they were again asking for more amount and total i have paid the amount of rs 30125. They send an offer letter to me also with my name. But the joining was not confirmed after that. That's why i cancelled my profile and then they told me that they will refund my whole amount but i didn't get it yet. Will you please help me to refund my amount. And they also told that their head office was in mumbai.
