I am registering a complaint now, believing that somehow or other an action will be taken to protect the Law and Order.
I got a call on 23rd Sep'19 days from
naukri ace saying my profile is viewed in JP Morgan. Since i am looking out for opportunities and i was in a desperate situation i was forced pay Rs 13570 which was demanded by them. Rs 2950 was paid on 23rd Sep'19 and Rs 10620 was paid on 24th Sep'19 respectively. I was little suspicious because I did not receive any Job related email for JP Morgan from them for two days after the payment. Then I decided to ask them for the refund, which they agreed to repay, if the service is not satisfactory during the course of the payment. When I asked for the refund, they said that I have to pay Rs 7.5k, otherwise refund would not be possible. I strongly denied that and they agreed to repay the money in 7 working days.
I waited for 7 working days, when I called up the
person, immediately the call was transferred to another
person. He said "Sorry Sir, you will have to wait for another 3 months if you are not paying Rs 7.5K now. Then I got agitated and raised my voice, in reply, the
person was using unparliamentary words and also said " you know my worth, it's 2 million and you cannot do anything". When this happens to me, it would have happened to many. Then I decided that It's not important that I am getting the money back or not, the same should be reported and highlighted. One Group should not earn and amass money by cheating a larger group. The reason for the delay is, I did not know how to approach or file a complaint against them.
Kindly take the necessary action on them.
