I, barendra behera, mobile no - [protected], email:[protected]@gmail.com, have subscribed to naukri.com fast forwarder service on 10th march 2019.
After reminders it was activated on 14th march. Unfortunately i have already used the monthly limit for the application of job before the subscription as free user. I don't have any option to apply for job. Since the day before yesterday i am panic on this. I tried to the customer care in this regard, there is no response. I tried to ms. Prerna sinha (Mobile:[protected]) since yesterday. She is not attending my phone, while she called me on last sunday and paid the amount for service. I also send her whatsapp message. Not replying on it. After the payment, there is no response. It is so bad and unprofessional.
Last year i have subscribed for the same service and did not get any job response.
Why do make the customer fool? Till the customer is not paying the amount the telecaller will call from different number with sweet tune and enjoying the customer who are actually challenging their life for earning. What is a cheating company? Was this information helpful? |
