[Resolved]  Naukri.com — Naukri subscription renewed and money deducted from my account without my consent

I had purchased Naukri Fast Forward services on 18th March 2025. I had double checked and purchased the one month plan to try it out. However, I have not found the services satisfactory and hence decided not to buy the subscription again for this month.

But today(22nd, April 2025), money suddenly got deducted from my account without any confirmation and the Naukri Fast Forward services got renewed.

This entire process took place without my consent. I reached out to the customer care, but they were also not able to help me out. Hence I am lodging a complaint against NAUKRI.com for this fraudulent renewal of services.

Please cancel the service with immediate effect and refund me my hard earned money. It is just 2 hours since the service got renewed and the service status is still 'ON HOLD'. Hence I want the service to be cancelled and the refund to be processed ASAP.
