Company representative called and told that service charged is refundable and when made all payments was checking the website and came to know that no service is refundable total amount paid is rs 39829... Received call from [protected] named kartik... They have provided some order number like ords24030942 sum582#123...58912#sum12 and charged... Claiming to be refundable... But on checking company website naukripronow.com it's clearly mentioned no service provided is refundable... Marked mail to [protected]@naukripronow.com but not received any mail... Submitted complaint on the website if it's not true that amount will not be refunded cancel the request but not received any response

Firstly the call u eery 5min for payment then they r leas botheted tp get back with ur profile... When u call back their immediste respibse is ur interview is scheduled... Abnd its a fraud call irrelavant tp ypur profile

My name is musthafa kamal mohamed abdullah. I am from chennai. I have get a call (15.12.2018) from nakuri pro they told me some job openings in singapore company side available and your profile also match with they required. So first u pay rs.3500, the registration amount. So i paid the rs.3500 amount. Then they told me company need to verify your documents and you pay the verification fees and it will refundable. But i never trust them to continue to pay. So i told cancel my registration. Then he said we will refund. He has send mail and told click the link and fill the form, in this form of comment box you type refend 3500, so i did like that. Again page show card details. I ask him, he said if you pay, it will not take. It will cancel and automatically will refund. So i paid, but never refund again my money gone 3500/-. And he said again do some technical problem. But this time he said to pay 7000/- like do before method. This is also never refund. He said by last pls click again and pay loss your 14000/-. So i did. But never refund. Finally he said pls send your account number i will send your money through by bank. So far he never pay my amount rs.28000/-he has given his (Arman malik) number [protected]. I attend the call of naukripro number is [protected]. Now i am trying to call his person number switch off and naukripro number anyone never attend. Then i am realize they cheat me. Am paid rs.28000 /- for the fees. So kindly refund the amount. My contact number is [protected].

Couple of # bastaurds call us claiming they are from naukri every 5 min call for follow up for making payment...

Later no calls or emails we call back and their immediate reapinse is your interview is scheduled... When it eas irrelavant to the profile i gave a call to naukri custimer care number and came to know these people are frauds naukripro are bunch of darinf # frauds i am cheated for 9000 rs now no. Ones picking calls or responding to emails will surely file a complaint...

Am waiting for u r replay.

They have taken 2999 payment n after that 5200 then 7200 twice saying they will get me the direct job internally with the company as jobs don't come in open forum. The last two transactions of 7200 they told are refundable. But till now they have not lined the interview. I will wait only for today n then again put complaint and this time with police.

Hi, Today i got a call from +91 [protected] claiming that she is from naukri.com and my CV is shortlisted for a Job vacancy. To complete the procedure i have to pay only 10 Rs., which she described as form filling charges.
As 10 Rs is small amount i went ahead to complete the transaction. At final step of transaction when i received OTP, the OTP message was describing a transaction of 10000 Rs instead of Rs 10.
Kindly request you to take strong action on such scammers.

Hi friends, i want to inform you that i got a call from one guy by the name of "vishal" and he said that he is speaking from pro naukri. His mobile number is [protected]. He said he has an openings in big company for my profile and told me to pay some amount which is refundable after i get selected in company. I paid as per his said amount and after that day his mobile is switched off. Vishal is a biggest fraud so please don't pay any single amount. If you get any call from pro naukri and if your are told to pay some amount so please never pay any single amount. Kindly have a look at the picture of pro naukri page.

My name is sham aruna nagu. I received a call today from vishal from pronaukri around 2:53 pm regarding a job opening. He asked me to get registered for the career blaze regional services by paying 1888 rupees. I got registered but my account was debited twice as i was getting errors while making the payment. The payments were made through using pg1 and pg2.

On researching i found out that this is a fraud company. I contacted vishal but received no proper response. Would appreciate if you could investigate these transactions and help to get 3776 rs refunded back.

I have got a call from naukripro services which was been provider a employment services by stating that i[censored] provide a charge of rs 1900 we'll help you out for your employment opportunities for the top most mnc companies and the amount will be refundable withing 7 working days on any basis. After that i have payed the rs 1900 thy said our senior officer will be forwarding the resume to the companies. But when the process reached to the senior officer he was trying to manipulate and saying to pay another 4500 to fill the company rules. And about the 4500 rs there was no information regarding when they said me about the initial procedure. When i was not willing to go ahead with the procedure i have called to there contact numbers and said me to refund the amount. One of the person picked the call and said your amount will be refund within 7 working days but it was been completed and i was trying to call them the mobiles are been switched off and they were even not trying to provide there formal organisation mail id
Currently i have evidence of the link which thy have sent me to pay the amount.

Hi all, its my request to all.. Don't pay a single money to naukri pro.. This is the fraud company. First they will call you n give u fake promises that they will give job opportunity in banks like icici, hdfc, axis etc.. Then they ask for registration charge whigh is 2000/. Theye also tell you that this amount will refund u. N then after paying the amount.. Again they ll charge for document verification charge which is 4500/-. They ll tell u that it's a company procedure, u have to pay.. Thn after they ll not give u any job...

Guys don't pay any money.. They are fraud n fake people's.. After paying they switched of the ph itself n nobody hear ur voice..

All d bloody # people work their they just make money for themselves they dnt provide any job. Bloody # are jst sitting to make money by fooling us. I[censored] shout and will ask for refund they will ask the details of your account or card details after u give all they will come to your balance in account. N i[censored] have less amount in your account they will ask for new card details by telling that the card u gave has sever pblm plz provide the other card details. So i kindly request you not to believe them if they call n ask money they are fake ppl jst fool ppl and eat their money. Kindly complain about them to police if any one get a call i had complianed hope everyone will take care about that.

I have opted for the highlight resume paid service after getting call from naukri.
I had paid the amount of rs. 2560 (Customer code:-160719cs2715193; transaction id 170502ts4033739) for 3 months;as it was assured by naukri that my resume will be viewed by top recruiters and naukri will get the gap filled between me and recruiters. But its more than 1.5 month but my resume is not viewed by any recruiter for even once and none of the naukri associates are providing any reply in return.

It is totally taking advantage of the person looking for the change or who is in need of better opportunity just to earn revenue.

I had applied job in a naukri and they make an call on jan2017 and they said that we will give an job offers in the larsen &toubro and they get 7.90 lacs still now and they said they amount will be refundable still now i didnt get the job offer and my refundable amount. The company executives switched off their mobiles and i didnt get any information from thier side they executives names are (Ranvir [protected], murlirama [protected], edward robert [protected]) still now all these mobile numbers switched off, i had all the proofs of paying amount and their bank details also, i request you to please make necessary action on them and please make my fund refundable.

Very agressive on sales! they get the data of props pests from somewhere when any prospect submit their data with some good and genuine portals

I do not know if I would be getting my full refund for the services they committed and never delivered .

It is almost 9 months and you have failed to provide me with the agreed job placement assistance. In that regards, I want you to immediately return the money paid or else I would log a complaint with consumer forum in 1-2 days. Please respond back, else I would register a complaint soon.

After this complaint : i got a call from naukri pro who explained me that they have never denied for the refund & all & suggested to mark this complaint as resolved.

I was supposed to get an update from naukri pro on 22 feb 2016 but as usual i did not : call up naukri pro on 23 feb 2016, spoke to deepak who mentioned that they will refund in next 7 days.

Its 19 may 2016 now but no resolution till date & no refund as well

I have availed naukri pro (Combo) services on 25th nov 2015 & made it very clear that i will be flying to australia & canada on 12th feb so i need my cv as per international format along with cover letter.
After chasing up with them i was able to get my cv (Not as per the international format) on 25-jan-2016 : they took 60 days to copy & paste my cv info to another format which is worst then my current cv format.
When asked refund they are not responding to my emails : every time new person comes on call who tell me that they will look in to this matter & will get back to me. As per today's update they will get back to me on 22-feb-2016.
