On my put complaint the the back end team took a notice of the same and got in contact with me.
Firstly they tried to support me for all possible way to resolve my issue.
The team then took my case as an immediate refund case as they said they would not like to linger any client as they said that my profile was not so vibrant in market and my experince in my field does not give me much choice of job availability.
Also, they quoted that there is no refund policy as mentioned in there disclaimer but after requesting them my scenario they were very patient to understand my situation and they have processed my refund.
While i write this reivew i have already received the amount as refund with regular cordination from Naukripro team. I finally understood that it was a fault of nobody just the market scenario made this scene wherein out of frustration i put up the complaint and Naukripro team addressed that.
Now, i no more have doubts on them as they helped me out completly.
I wish the team all best and would heartedly say thank you for resolving my issue.
