Neha dubey took money for canada immegration in 2014 . But till in 2023 i Am in India She took money from me rs. 200000 for this. but till date 100000 she not return me yet...

I have given lakhs of rupees to them. But they take money and they don't reply. They fraud the customers by showing them false dreams of going Canada via AIPP program. But nothing they do. Very strict action to be taken against them. I went on depression for 2 years after loosing my money. I request goverment to take action as early as possible so that no one else could fall in the trap....

Big fraud shalitin immigration in nehru place. They have looted me and took 70000/ now they have shifted in nehru place 4th floor, raja house and doing fraud there. They keep on changing there employee as whenever i call them there is someone else and case manager is also changed. Wat a scam they are doing. Guys beware and save your hard earned money. Don’t give them single penny otherwise you will regret till the time you will live in...

The worst service Ever we received, no followup no update only they added email to get draw things that much only, ince you have money all wasted..no one bother. I have wasted all 2 years my points, my age points even they guided wrong my points could have reached but due to their worst service they didn't care and now not providing the service as its going to expire the agreement soon so they will need money. Never ever trust this people and never try to go to winny, this is the worst consultancy ever now day by day getting their reality and bad reviews from every where.. they are not responing as they are thinking what will we do and anyways in this 2 yrs nothing happened and soon the agreement will expire if will need any Service need to pay else anyways they are not going to do anything. Waste of time which is more important as well as money. I will lost my points of age sue their work. Even we know as a common man will not be able to do anything as they are big consultant and they tooknsogn on every paper and we don't have anything with us..

Pls be aware that confirm immigration consultancy, is a fake company, they took 58900 for aipp program, and promising that they will get the jobs under aipp program, and in the month of sep 19 they collected me and my friend's passport and in first week of oct 19 they closed consultancy itself, because lot of people are cheated like this, and raised complaint in police station. Now we are in the situation that not getting job and losing money as well for this. Pls take action i have contact number of director and his photo as well.

I applied for hong kong visa in the year 2014 and paid around 45000 rupees initially. Later on the visa got rejected due to the absence of degree qualification. I was surprised that it was informed prior to the processing that i am a diploma holder. It was extremly bad experience for me and i rang up the agency several times and the money was not refunded until now.

As going through this online complaint portal against this FAKE and ILLEGAL company named Continental Immigration & Consultancy Services Pvt.ltd located at 10 floor, Devika Tower Nehru Place, Delhi, I herein being Indian Citizen also want to submit in PUBLIC INTEREST as this company is befooling people by grabbing their hard earned money and spoiling their bright career opportunities in abroad that please never go with this fraud company which is not authorized from competent authorities in India and Canada to carry out Visa Consultancy and Immigration services.

Before proceeding further, I want to brought real character of this fraud company in front of all of you as there are three (3 ) FIRs 798/15, 799/15, 936/15 registered against this company at PS Kalka ji u/s IPC 420 & 406.These FIRs can be veiwed online at Delhi Police website or contact me for copies.

In India, it must be registered with Ministry of External Affairs to offer assistance in oversea Job placement under Emigration Act, 1983 and to offer Visa Consultancy and immigration services.

However, despite of registration with above stated competent authority it is in the consolidated list of ILLEGAL AGENTS OPERATING IN STATES in this competent authority as mentioned above, which can be viewed and downloaded at the Ministry website on link http://emigrate.gov.in/ext/realist under heading recruiting agent-list o[censored]nregistered RA.

For Canada visa Consultancy and Immigration services a company/agent must be registered with ICCRC (Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council), Govt.of Canada no matter where they are located in world.

You can contact this competent authority in Canada through email on their official email I'd [protected]@iccrc-crcic.ca regarding this fake company authorization status as this company provide false submission to it's client that they are working in assocation with ICCRC member which are known as RCIC (Registered Canada Immigration Consultants) as these people did with me.

ICCRC, Govt.of Canada is a very competent authority and provides detail within 24 hours as in mine case.ICCRC, Canada also had kissed a ALERT :- can be viewed as ICCRC ALERT regarding unregistered/Illegal agents, which can be veiwed online on Google.

As per ICCRC norms a retainer agreement/pre consultation agreement must be provided prior to payment on which ICCRC member license providing Visa Consultancy and Immigration services to Canada, ICCRC contact details must be provided prior to payment .

So take your decision wisely after consulting competent authorities as mentioned above in India, Canada or others counteries in which you want to emigrate about the authorization status of this fake company so that immigration frauds can be avoided.

for Chemical engineering jobs in HONG KONG. they asked some amount for the process??? please share your opinion about the Consultancy. I have interest for chemical jobs in abroad so please share your opining I will go or not

I used to get phone calls from continental immigration consultancy services pvt ltd stating that there are lots of jobs in germany based on my qualification, so send rs 40250 as their registration fee. By registering their agency they will provide job in germany with salary nearly rs30 lakhs per annum. But initially, i rejected their offer. But they used to phone me repetitively. At last they were able to convince me for paying the above said money. I send the money.
They get appointment for me from germany embassy for job seeker visa. But embassy ask for blocked account in germany with amount euro 4500. Infact before appointment i send all documents necessary for visa requirement but they did not see the documents properly. After that i opened the blocked account in kotak mahindra bank, chandigarh. Passing all the hurdle finally i got jobseeker visa on last week of january, 2017. After getting visa, i asked them regarding the job in germany through email. I waited their response for one week when i did not get any response from their side, i connected them through phone ask regarding the process. But i got very surprising answer from their side; they told me that they did not get any email related to my job queries. It was very interesting for me that when the want money they used to phone me regularly and when i want job they have no information of my email. Then they advise me that send some more documents and cv required for job. I send all the documents required by them and they ask me to contact them after one week. When i contacted them after week but they told me that still they want some more information.in this way one month passed. I can say that they took more than one month to prepare my cv according to their requirement. When cv was ready they told that they will apply for jobs in germany for me. This is also surprising me that when initially they told there are lots of vacancy related my qualification and now they are telling me that they have to search job for me. Till date i was not able to get any job offer from germany.in this way i lost my money and time. It is not matter of my loss they may be cheated or still cheating other person.

Sir a month back I was invited to Rohini branch, Delhi by Mr Rahul Aggarwal (sales executive) and I was told about collaboration with major 4 star and 5 star hotels..I was shown a very greener side..He forced me to pay money at the same time so I asked him to collect the money from home.At that time also he told me the properties mentioned in the brochure are simply for naming purpose and told me to pick any 4 star or 5 star property anywhere in India..Now I have planned a trip to Manali..And before confirming the travel agent also I asked him for the availability of a 4 star hotel there and told him the name..He asked me to go ahead with the booking of travel agent..Now when there are less in 10 days left for my trip I am being told that we can arrange for only Geto Resort in Manali which is a substandard resort over there..I asked them to name other 4 star or 5 star properties anywhere in India but they said we will provide only locations mentioned in brochure..Kindly help..

Please never ever give it case to Nehru place based continental immigration consultants...They allure you by mentioning how great ur profile is for immigration and then their total focus is to get their consultant fee.
Which is highly high ..You can say around 1.2 Lac...The moment you pay them all...They way of talking changes..Neither they have any knowledge which occupation someone should be put..Not they care...

This company is total fake guys please don't trust this company. it is a huge scam. My name is Azmat Ali. They charged me INR 35, 000 for providing visa assistance and Job assiatnce for Germany, before payments their PR talks too much that they will provide every thing and will not tell you about contract. once you paid amount you will be provided a contract that is totally one way but i objected and did not sign the contract and later they have provided me one with different conditions. For visa assistance they will not provide you anything but a list of documents that is already available on German embassy website, rest other thing you need to arrange your self. later you need to pay INR 25000 for document verification and INR 4500 for visa fee that is other than your 35000 paid for this scam company. you wont get any other help from this company. Later once you get visa they will start ignoring your calls if you follow them up every day they will register your profile on free job websites like stepstone.de etc. thats all they will do for your INR 35000.
This is big fake company never ever trust calls from this company and save your hard earn money

I have received call from ms. Nuzhat, and anupama. They explained me about job seeker visa in germany which was interesting. Based accepted the offer and they asked me to send my all documents, later informed that i am eligible for the process and can apply and asked me to pay them rs 40075+12000. With all my trust, i did the same. They just submitted my online application, and got the appointment and informed my. When i went to the german embassy, they simply refused my application and mentioned that my qualification documents are not recognized in germany, whereas continental immigration assured me that these are recognized. I have email of them.
Because of their wrong and false assurance i spent more than 01 lac rs. Because i work in afghanistan.

As per terms of contract between me and continental, the amount is non-refundable. But if the consultancy provide wrong information, who will be responsible for that? And now they are refusing to refund the money.

First of all I really want to thank Continental immigration for helping me out in the immigration process. When I called them I was confused which country will be suitable for my profile . They suggested me for the Germany country . Me and my 4 friends have applied through them and we have received the visa approval and will be flying after 1 week . They assisted me in every way they can do .If anyone wants to apply through them I will suggest them to go for it . Having negative reviews doesn’t mean that the company is fraud. Every company has positive and negative reviews . Negative reviews can be done by the competitor as well . We also after reading reviews were confused to apply from here or not but later on we are so much thankful to them

I am Ramesh Kumar. I have enrolled with continental immigration consultancy services pvt ltd for Canada express entry on 4th August 2015. But after sometime I got to know about their negative reviews and decided to find out the Canadian express entry program and I was surprised to see that they were cheating on me. Let me clearly describe you all my case. I have done 1 year diploma after my 10. I have more than 6 years of work experience. I am separated from my wife. As I don’t have visa I can’t show my work experience which makes my work experience nil. Now with all these details I met Manisha Dabas on 31 july 2015in office .She said my dispute with wife and my work experience won’t be effected so I am eligible for express entry program and started discussing about the process. (I was surprised without checking my eligibility criteria nor documents how she can say I am eligible for Canada express entry program but I thought she might be asking later). After discussing she made me so confident that she knows everything and she might help me for getting a pr. So I decided to get enrolled and paid the amount of 68400/- with tax on 4/8/2015. On the same day I received an introductory mail from Anupama. On 10 aug 2015 I received a mail from manisha in which the contract was attached. It was a simple contract in which the details of the payment and the express entry process was written for signing. On 13th August 2015 I received the checklist from anupama for wes. Wes is for educational assessment .Till then no documents were asked from me. On 18 august my wes process was started. Before going to their office on that day I called anupama and asked which documents I have to submit for wes. It was my first time conversation with her through telephonic and she asked me what I have done in studies. I was really shocked that till now she was not aware about my process and I discussed the same case of mine which I discussed with Manisha before enrolling . Next day I went to office to submit the educational documents for wes, when I was waiting for her I heard the other consultants who were explaining the eligibility criteria to other person that the diploma people are not allowed as embassy don’t accept it or by diploma you can’t get eligible points for pr. When anupama came I discussed the matter and she said that I have good experience and it will cover that .I felt something fishy. But as I have already enrolled and have to go for the process I asked for the wes part, but before I submit the educational documents she gave me the same contract which manisha has provided me through mail, but now in the next page of my legal aggrements there were some changes. Now in that second page the name of javid was written describing his membership no in iccrc . when I asked who he is and I was given the knowledge that he is the lawyer and will be looking after my case. At the starting they told me that they are registered with iccrc but I havnet received any proof that they are doing my process with the iccrc .Neither it was written on my invoice (payment receipt) nor in the legal aggrements . As I have to do the procees for wes I have to pay 322.05 cad as wes fees and has to be paid through credit card. I was not having credit card so they charged me 5000/- extra and courier charges 3000/-. On 11th September I received a mail from wes that my educational qualification is an occupational or trade qualification and wes doesnot evaluate occupational and trade qualification. After discussing with anupama regarding this now I receives a mail for my details for sending it to lawyer (iccrc) on september 15. I was so shocked and surprised and full of anger. It was my high time and mailed all my documents to them. After all this I decided to find about the express entry myself. I called vfs and they provided me the Canadian website (cic)where all the process was elaborated properly . After understanding about the process I found out that I am not at all eligible. My wes was not done because I was falling under the federal skilled trade program. Even Manisha was not aware about that I was falling under the trade category and for trade category wes is not done. After knowing that I have been cheated I searched for the reviews of the company. There are many negative reviews which shows that they have been cheated many clients which are enrolled with them for their process. They are clients for the hong kong process and Germany as well who felt cheated and have posted their reviews in consumer forum. After seeing all this I felt helpless and discussed with my friend. He is from Keral and he too told that continental is a very fraud company. Many of their hong kong clients has also filed a case against them and the case is still going on in the court. The cheating part with the Hong kong clients was also published in the “Manorma” Newspaper. The company is a very fake and fraud company. They can cheat you in every possible way they can. In the following points I am letting you all in what way they have cheated on me:- 1. Wes doesnot evaluate occupational or trade qualification but still they made me to do wes and took 5000/-( for credit card as I have to have the pay the wes fees and mode was only credit card and I was not having credit card ), 3000/- for the courier charges. (If I do it from outside myself then it will charge me only 1500 max). 2. Before enrolling me they did not ask me any documents even the resume, not looked the eligibility criteria and in which category I was falling. 3. They told me that my file is with the Canadian lawyer but when I studied there is no lawyer, Javid is a member of iccrc which means he is an immigration consultant in Canada. 4. I came and discuused my details with manisha but after knowing that I am not eligible for pr she is changing her statement that I havnt tell her. Guys don’t enroll with them for any process because they are a fraud company. After finding out that when I am not at all eligible for pr I asked for refund from the company in a very polite way as I haven’t used any of their services and the services which they provided was useless to me. But in reply they are now threatening me that they will now inform the usa embassy about my illegal case. As I asked their reply within 24 hrs they are saying I am harassing them. Can anyone tell me if I am asking a reply within a time frame as they are not replying from 3 days is a harassment part? I have 5 proofs with me which shows that I am not at all eligible for pr because of my education as I have done 1 year diploma including cic which is a Canadian official website . Hi, myself Dr Vishwanath Banagar applied last year in jan month for QMAS VISA Hongkong country ... paid 45000 and all documents which are asked duly. I got letter from immigration dept HK that my visa is rejected bcz of insufficient documents submitted and IELTS ( which CICS manager told me its not mandatory) and property shown was also not sufficient. I have submitted all those documents which are asked by CICS, by then its rejected. So I need my money back. In this one year 3 to 4 visa managers changed.
