Naukriaim.com — Transaction is successful but Recharge failed and the money is taken by the site and now I want refund.

On 23/11/2022, I did online payment for tata sky recharge and on completion i received message from the sbi stating your transaction was successful. But the site said my tata sky recharge is Unsuccessful. So it's my kind request to you to please refund my money. Thank You
