With reference to my complains dt.21/03/22 & 26/03/22;I have not received any reply from your end regarding Tata Sky Recharge of Rs.200/- transacted by me on 31/03/21 through SBI Internet Banking from A/C 2499 last four digit of account no. As three months have already been expired.Pl.do needful so that my complain for refund of money will be settle within a short span of time.

Sir, I am in dark about the fate of my previous complain regarding refund of Rs.200/- transacted by me on 31/12/21 through SBI INB from account no.2499
Vide transaction ID/UTR No.IGAMSOQLB8 for Tata Sky/Tata Play recharge.The amount has not been credited to Tata Sky/Tata Play account.
I am a patient of Brain Tumour, Retired Person and a Sr.Citizen.Pl.take this matter as an urgent basis.

[protected] As TV has not come I rang up to your .I rang up to [protected] and I was informed that amount was not credited to their a/c..It is already going to be 3 days since transfer was made. Please do the needful either to credit the amount to payee or refund to my bank a/c. without delay...

I recharged my Videocon dish account on 17 February 22 for Rs 969 through debit Card/net banking but the said account was not credited and the payment of Rs 969 has also not refunded to me
