I recharged videocon D2h amount Rs 500 dated on 22.02.2021 by SBI Netbanking but recharge became fail and amount Rs 500 deducted from my A/c no any recharge done, I have lodged complaint two times with all details regarding these in videocon D2h customer care no. but till now nothing happened may kindly help to refund my amound Rs 500.
