As discussed,

I have received the call on 7th march 2018 from internet calling and introduced ‘i am mr. Abishak from naukri.com this call is record purpose if you interested i will call you from my mobile number and there is opening in qatar, dubai, singapore and kuwait, only a telephonic and skype interview for job nothing to pay, accommodation and flight charges is free even family visa is available. If you’re interested share your passport, aadhar and one passport size photo and inform me which country you’re interested to forward the resume’ i told i am interested so he called me from [protected] number again explained same as above.
After sharing the document we called and updated i am interested for qatar, then he asked me that for the processing fee is rs.9940/- and it is refundable the same need to transfer to mr. Sandeep kumar, account number [protected], ifsc code – sbin0003201 (He told me that the account belongs to hr manager).

I got the mail conformation with verification id (Lncy11214) after transferring the amount rs.9940/-.

After some sometime i had called from [protected] number and he connected me one more number [protected] (Mr. Ahmed, not remerging his name) and he asked me that you want to work with hospital or clinic and he told me that to start the further process he want rs.9440/- and the same is refundable so again we transferred the amount to mr. Sandeep kumar, account number [protected], ifsc code – sbin0003201.

After transferring the amount i got mail from hr1. [protected]@outlook.com and informing that the amount is received and your verification id is lncy11214 then i got the call from [protected] and asking for confirmation id i need to pay rs.19, 500/- then i got the mail saying my confirmation id is lncy46723. Same time i got the call from [protected] and saying very soon you will get call from our hr and give you the interview date and location.

When i got the call on 9th march 2018 i was traveling and little disturbance so he told me that ‘this is very important call for you so we will call you by 2pm’

I didn’t got the call even after 2.30pm i called [protected] (Even i messaged thru whatsapp) so he told me that don`t worry he will call you by before 3.30pm but still i didn’t got the call so again i contacted [protected] number he said you will be getting the call tomorrow (10th march 2018)

When i received the call from [protected] on 10th march 2018 he again asking rs.30500/-

So i got doubt on something and i handover further call to my husband. When he asked some query there is no proper answer.

A) the mail id is not ‘naukri.com, it is @outlook.com
B) when we asked the naukri id proof they are saying it is confidential they can`t share.
C) why there asking to transfer the money to personal account??? Instead of company account.
D) first they told as it is free of cost and later they are asking the money (Saying refundable), why they are not informed in advance.

I request, pls publish this phone number and account number for duplicitous. I also request take action on this and help me to recover my amount.

We are new company in the industry, we approached sales team for purchase of Naukri Database for our consultancy, since we are newly established company we wanted go ahead with Naukri Premium Database access for initial 3 three months, but during the discussion with Sales team, Mr. Sethu Kumar, Assisting Mr. Dipesh Uppal Manager Sales and VP Sales Mr. Naveen Jha has literally cheated us by offering Classic Dump Database we purchased the Classic version of Naukri database access on 1st Nov 2017 from Nov - March 2018 there are Zero yielding as the classic version doesn't offer good quality, as per the sales guys they assured the quality over quantity. There is no quality and quantity we are left cheated by the whole sales team mentioned above non of them are professionals they doesn't value the end customer, once the agreement is done. you don not expect any response from them. The problem has not been resolved still. what ever search you give you will get hardly one relevant resume.
We have been cheated by the entire sales team, no efforts are made, now they are marketing the premium if you want the quality and quantity than you must upgrade it Premium, the hard-earned money spent on Classic is gone in vein.

This the response what we got, before purchasing they assured so many things.

They falsify and cheat the customer by assuring so many benefits not only that when the results where not coming when we asked for Premium Trial for three days they gave Classic one more login by falsely telling us its premium.
The person who worked 8+ years on Premium Version they know the difference pretty clearly. When we escalated this they removed Mr. Sethu from this account another guy Mr. Rajat. This guy was also unprofessional or you can call him a popet in hands of Mr. Dipesh, Mr Dipesh has played nice game by covering up all the mistake of his team.

Mr. Dipesh should be removed from his job they must compensate the loss we had by all possible means.

I got a call on 10th march'18 @ 12 pm. He said he is from naukri.com, i told him politely to call on monday or any other day, as i am not in a situation to answer the call. Rudely he told he is busy as well for the rest of the days and he is blocking my id, number and resume from naukri.com
The person should first ask whether i am free to answer his questions and then he should start the conversation following is the number from which i got the call [protected]

Saturday evening dated [9th mar 2018] i got call from this no.[[protected]] saying we are from naukari.com and the call is regarding to job change. We have openings in wipro in airoli and ibm in thane and for that you have to pay 2900/- rs amont for registration. After that one cr manager is allocated to you for your further process. I paid the amount. To mob no.[[protected]] via vk-jdpayy. I am trying to call them but no. Is switch off. Please help me out from these serious case.

Naukri fraudster - phone no - [protected]. Have asked this person who called me, to refund the amount which i had already paid. This fellow says that i should pay an additional 5900 to get the previous refund. Bthe height of foolishness. First of all there are no proper jobs and moreover these heartless people are asking to pay an additional amount for refund. Can anyone pls tell this person (No given above) what is the meaning of refund. Hope naukri.com. Takes definative actions and oblige.

I received a call from naukri.com saying there is a vacancy in indigo airlines from [protected] tanya, and asked for payment of rs. 14200. And when i asked for refund for which they had promised, they said i have to to again 40%of the whole amount.

I am Koushik Ball form Kolkata, Barrackpore. I have got a call from Naukri, they told that i have selected for a banking interview. For giving this interview i have to pay Rs 2500/-. After that i paid the amount and they give me the naukri reference number that is kaushik_naukri576. then they conduct a telephonic interview and i had selected for the interview. Then they again claim Rs 4500/-for documents verification and they told me after paying this they conduct a face to face interview and i will get the 4500/- amount which i had paid for documents verification. Then i will pay this amount. Then again they claim Rs. 7000/- for account verification. They assure me that after paying this amount they confirming my face to face interview and the amount of Rs 7000/- will refund within 30 minutes. Then i again paid this amount. Now they told be that the 7000/- amount can't be refund for short amount. they claim again Rs 8000/- and told me that the whole Rs 15000/- will refund within 30 minutes after my payment. But now i am not willing to pay any more money. I don't need any kind of interview, i want my money back. But they refuse that and told me that without making this payment they don't give me back any amount which i have already paid. I requesting you that please refund me my all paid amount. please cooperate with me.I am ready to cooperate with you instead of paying any further monitory payment.I don't need any kind of interview from your company. Other wise i will complain at consumer forum against your company.

I have paid the registration fees of rs.2900 to naukri. Afterwards they asked me to pay a verification amount of rs. 6780. Even after paying this amount they further askwd to pay rs. 9880 which i felt was too much. So i opted for cancellation process for which i paid rs.2904 as cancellation fee.
Afterwards when i called for the refund, they told me that my bank barcode generation had some issue so i have to pay rs.3880 foe bar code generation which will be refunded to my account later...

It's been almost a week but still no money has been refunded.

Kindly look into the issue asap and refund my money (Rs9680 + rs3880) thats equal to rs. 13560.

I am an e&tc engineer. I am one of the sufferer who received call from naukri.com and they offered me for job in samsung electronics and they demanded 2100 fees for interview then after the telephonic interview they told to pay rs 10200 as bond security and later 20000 as hr commission and totally paid 30000 but they didn't still offer any job and refund of my money and now they are asking to pay another rs 15000 for account opening and insurance. When asked for refund they refused and told to pay 15000 without which i won't get job. I received a call from the number [protected] which was from up.

I got a call from a number which is of delhi. She said i am talking from naukri.com. She was offering me a job in it at the desired location and asked for to pay 2900/- amount in advance. She said the amount is refundable if you will not get a job. I want to know is this a valid call or fake. I can share that phone number on one to one conversion. Few people are taking advantage of a job-seekers in india and we should take some action against them.

This is thamaraikkannan. G, yesterday i got a call from one number[protected] and saying that my resume got short listed for the interview process @ honda motors at bangalore. They asked me to forward my documents like hsc, sslc, degree, id proof. I also forwarded those details and they said that it is forwarded to company if they accepting my documents they will contact you. Today i got call from another number[protected], he is asking me to pay rs.2500 to create reference id. But i denied to pay the amount. I really want to know that in naukri.com is there anything happening like this??? Pls help me to get clear idea of this. Below i have entered the the mail which i got from those persons

I got a call from [protected] asking for 2000+ amount and they are promising for guaranteed job placement in wipro/and top companies with just a telephony call any online payment to their hr named "rahul". A lady was speaking to me on the phone call, she told that she will send me an email to send documents but their mail didn't receive just they are sending text msg

The purpose of registering a complaint is to avoid common people getting caught in this spam by paying to such faudralents and making misusage of the money against us.

Your all front line executive are doing act of trapped to poor unemployees. Is nokari.com working like this type of working. Previously your executive raised amt. Of rs. 2670/- for 15 yrs membership fee. Then your second executive appear and babooozle him with provide servise in big companies, and also charge is to mentioned of amt. Rs. 7670/-. This was not told previously, when this amt was paid then your executive told that they arrange telephonic interview and after clear thus round we have to deposits some securrity amt. It is shown how your executive trape some one gradually and step by step. When we denied to pay more amt. Your executive not respond to us by no repply and picced phone by sombody else etc..

My name is PRATIK PANCHAL and Diploma mechanical engineer.I am one of the sufferer who received call from naukari.com and They offered me for job in TATA MOTORS and They demanded 2500 fees of registration and I paid these fee but after they had more demand of fees to get this job and this demand gradually increased and reach 40000. I totally paid 40000 but they didn't still offer any job and refund of my money. I want get back my money but they are refuse me and more demand of money. I have paid of schoolership fees to naukari.com and I have no money because i am belong from poor very family.I am very frustrated.If they don't give my money than I will suside.

Nokri.com is very bad n fake company.. Miss poonam mishra is very mc bc girl she called me that ur cv is shortlist in airport air ticking post... Then she's told me it's pay to 2500 registration fee... I provide ur best job...& it's refundtable amount... I pay on this amount 20 feb 2018... Then after that they demanded 6500 rupees and i did not have them, then i refused them and then they said that you will get 2500 rupees. But i have not got my money yet

Frequent calls are coming saying that its from naukri.com providing jobs. They are requesting to pay rs.2500 for obtaining interview to the company. First they asked about comfortable location and then provided company name as bajaj electricals and said that they will arrange interview session provided i must pay rs.2500. They provided me email id [protected]@fastservice.com and are calling from number [protected] and [protected]. Is this really from naukri.com or is it fraud?

Few days back when i click on naukri paid services on website www.naukri.com then next day i get a call from [protected] that they are calling from carenaukri.in the naukri paid services site.
Then they demand for the paid registration of rs.2714. Then i make payment. After that they again demand for rs.10030 for id activation for interview and they told me that the 10030 rupees is totally refundable, so i again make payment of rs.10030. After that they again demand 12390 rupees for document varification and told me this amount is also refundable, then i shocked that after every process they charge a heavy amount and i feel cheated so i refuse to make payment of rs.12390 and ask to refund my payment back then they told me that first make payment of rs.12390 and they refund the total amount with in 15 days otherwise they will not refund any amount. Then i ask for registration cancellation process then on 23/02/2018 they told me that for cancellation you have to pay 4000 rupees more. Then again i refuse to pay this amount and ask for refund my total paid amount and they refuse to pay any amount.

Error shows like 'ur monthly job application has exhausted'. So i want to apply more jobs. Please help me. My mail id is '[protected]@gmail.com'

Sir, i have paid about 2760.00 &5900.00 on 19/2/2018 from a link provided on my mail. The link is https://www.instamojo.[protected]@onlineeducation hub/ and after clicking on link a new tab open for filling purpose of payment and they said to fill ram. [protected]@yahoo.in then fill amount in the down coloum i paid 2760.00 & and same procedure and i paid 5900.00. And on this page there is a logo of naukri.com. Now i am thinking about to register an fir to cyber cell of police.
