Dear sir,
I am a long time reader of navbharat times and usually give my opinions from comment section. But now i am unable to use my account:

Today i saw our national flag torn at Mundka, New Delhi. The color is also faded. The flag is located near under pass at Mundka. As per Indian Constitution it is against law. So i request you to please take a strict action regarding this. AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
