This is with reference to train ticket booking thru IXIGO against PNR number [protected] dated 26.06.2023.
IXIGO website has charged No cancellation charges of Rs 480 in ticket charges with out my knowledge. I dont want this facility in my ticket.
Hence pl refund the " no cancellation charges" which are wrongly charged by IXIGO website without my knowledge.
Your support in refunding the "no cancellation fees" will be highly appreciated.
